Pistol 1 (November 18, 2023) Weber County Shooting Complex
This half-day course lays the foundation for all future pistol training. Safety, range etiquette, clearing, loading, equipment, fundamentals of fire, drawing, clearing malfunctions, common mistakes, and warrior mindset are all trained in this essential course. Though this training is designed for beginners, the subject matter and technique allows students to build realistic skills that can survive the test of stress.
Who Can Attend
- All U.S. Citizens who are legally permitted to posess a firearm
What to Bring:
- A semi-automatic pistol (no revolvers)
- A kydex-type holster that allows draw from the hip or thigh (we strongly recommend Tier 1 Concealed Holsters or Safariland Holsters.)
- 2 magazines with at least one magazine holder/pouch
- 100 rounds of ammunition (we can sell you ammo)
- Eye and Ear protection
- (Recommended) knee pads
